Today I’m hopping along with Julie’s Book Review in the Is It Summer Yet Blog Hop. Follow the link above to hop along for more prizes.

How do I know it’s summer? Well, school’s out, there’s the heat, and all my favorite shows are on hiatus. But the big reason I know it’s summer is vacation. Right now, I’m visiting California, and it is amazing. I’ve climbed (little) rocks in Yosemite, hiked among the redwoods in Sequoia National Park, and whale watched in Monterrey. How about you? Share your most memorable summer vacation in the comments below for a chance to win your choice of either Persephone the audiobook or Persephone the ebook. Synopsis and cover below:

The “talk” was bad enough, but how many teens get told that they’re a goddess? When her mom tells her, Persephone is sure her mother has lost her mind. It isn’t until Boreas, the god of winter, tries to abduct her that she realizes her mother was telling the truth. Hades rescues her, and in order to safely bring Persephone to the Underworld he marks her as his bride. But Boreas will stop at nothing to get Persephone.

Despite her growing feelings for Hades, Persephone wants to return to the living realm. Persephone must find a way to defeat Boreas and reclaim her life.

    • That’s the plan 🙂 Just waiting to hear back on Venus and Adonis and about…1/3rd of my way through the second draft of another project but it’s like I’m stuck on chapter 10. Cannot seem to get past it.

  1. One summer I went on a road trip with two of my sisters. It was so much fun it should have been illegal.
